We're here for the Entire College Community

WAC's ongoing mission is to integrate the writing resources and expertise of American River College's English Department with other departments campus-wide. To that end, we schedule class visits with instructors to explain our program and sign up students. Schedule an appointment. Additionally, we meet with instructors to discuss writing requirements and provide specific feedback and instruction to those instructors' students. Contact us to discuss your curriculum or schedule an in-class presentation for your students.

Schedule a WAC visit for your class

If you would like a member of the WAC staff to visit your class during the first or second week of the semester to explain our services and enrollment process, please fill out the online request form. A typical WAC visit will take about ten minutes.
