Automotive Technology Degree and Certificate

This program prepares the student for an entry level position in the automotive industry with emphasis on engine management systems, emission controls, and complete automotive systems diagnosis and repair. The program also prepares the student for all 9 Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications including Advanced Engine Performance (L-1) as well as the state Enhanced Area (EA) Smog Certification Test.

AT 330 - Automotive Electrical Systems
AT 331 Advanced Automotive Electrical Systems
AT 332 California State Smog Check Inspector Training
AT 333 Engine Performance & Electronic Engine Controls

Course Descriptions

Associate Degree Requirements: A.S. Degrees may be obtained by completion of the required courses, plus general education requirements, plus sufficient electives to meet a 60-unit total.
