I think the Fireball is a good yo yo. It was my first yo and the one I learned most of my advanced tricks with until I got better yo yos. This one of the better beginner yos, in my opinion. It is cheap and performs well. This yo is relatively easy to maintain and is easy to control. I’m only thirteen, but with this yo I can Split the Atom and do a Braintwister and a set of Barrel Rolls. There are better yo yos, but this was the only transaxle that I could get other than the hyped up Brain, which I heard was a terrible yo. (This was before I discovered Yoyoplay.)

Good beginner yo-yo, although requires tons of lube and can be totally obnoxious if you neglect to provide. Sleeps better than the powerspin thanks to the end-caps, decent for braintwisters and moderate string tricks. Cheap enough that you can get one and a Saber-Wing if you need a cheap butterfly and a decent looper. The Spintastics bearing kit fits in the fireball and powerspin and definitely improves performance, although it may need double or triple looping.

The Fireball is agood yoyo. It can sleep for 30 seconds. And mine is old. I bet a new one can sleep longer. I am a strong kid and an expert so I usually get the best spins of my yo-yos. I collect Yomegas and Spintastics. My best yoyos are the Yomega Raider, and the Spintastics Tigershark. I do have reviews for them. This is an o.k. yoyo. I added it to my collection. Well I didn’t my sister bought it for me for my birthday. I’m guessing for about $10.00. If you collect yo-yos buy one. It looks cool….

The yomega fireball is probably the best performance yo-yo on the market for its price. Because your getting transaxle performance at a fixed axle price. Not many yo-yos compete with the level of performance of the fireball at the price its at so that makes it a good all around yo-yo. Now I know that anton macman (member of the yomega team) Used this to come second in the championships so its made a name for itself. Now the firestorm spins up to three times longer than an ordinary fixed axle yo-yo and it even says that on the packaging. Now the average spin time on a fixed axle yo-yo is about 10 seconds. So therefore the fireball spins for 30 seconds. Although I’ve had it spinning for 45 seconds. The fireball is actually quite a good yo-yo for looping as well. The first time I tried loops with this yo-yo I managed to get 136 loops before it started messing up. Although the fireball may need that daily bit of lubing. The best lubes for this yo-yo is yomega lube they work best on all yomega yo-yos and make them responsive and better at loops. Now when you put the lube on the fireball the sleep times may decrease by about 10 seconds. But when you think about it it isn’t that bad because 25-35 seconds is all you really need to pull of a good trick and end with some good loops. Also when you lube it I would double loop the string around the transaxle because that makes it super responsive and still spins long to. Now the fireball isn’t really that smooth on the string because the transaxle is made out of plastic so it doesn’t glide as smoothly as a bearing would. Now another thing about the fireball is that you can take the bearings out of a spintastics tornado and put them in your fireball and it actually works quite well although you may need some lube to keep it responsive. I may keep mine this way but I don’t know as it was pretty good with the plastic transaxle in as well. You can buy the fireball in a variety of different colours too. Mines got yellow see through panels on the side. You can also buy it in a glow in the dark version to which really goes well in the dark when your performing a night show. Now for under $8 the fireball is barely a crime. You would be a fool not to have one and if you don’t have one yet then your missing out on something really good. So you must get the fireball OK! First off, this yoyo is worth its price. It is not the best yoyo I have in my collection, but it is very useful for looping. It cannot sleep long, but feels smooth and when it comes up it doesn’t hurt. This yoyo goes well with any type of raider, so you can have one yo for sleeping and another for looping.
The fireball is a great yoyo to me it is great for brain twister, it is great for looping tricks.It can be geart for any trick and sleepers.
